• Does Target have a current coupon policy?

YES. Read or print all the rules here!
 

• Does Target accept internet printable coupons?

YES.
 

• Does Target accept FREE product coupons or Buy 1 Get 1 FREE
  Coupons?

YES. However, they DO NOT accept internet
printable coupons for a “FREE” item with no purchase required. (I personally
have not had issues use an internet printable “FREE” coupon, so you may want to
ask your store manager!)
 

• Does Target accept a Manufacturer coupon and a Target store coupon
  for the same one item?

YES. You may use ONE Manufacturer coupon and ONE
Target store coupon for the
same one item in the same transaction, unless either coupon prohibits it.
 

• Does Target accept coupons with a greater value than the price of
  the item?

YES. For example, if you have a coupon for $3 off
product A and product A only costs $2.50, Target WILL adjust the coupon down, so
you’ll end up getting product A for FREE. Target doesn’t do overage.
